Our Leaders
Pastor Kyle Maycock
SENIOR PASTOR
Pastor Kyle has served in church leadership for over fifteen years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Ministry from Trinity College of Florida. Over the years, he has faithfully served as Student Ministry Pastor, Media Director, and Assistant Pastor here at Freeport Bible Church before being confirmed as Senior Pastor.
In addition to his pastoral role, Pastor Kyle also serves as the elected Assistant Superintendent of the Bahamas Evangelical Church Association. He is married to Abiola Maycock, and together they are blessed with three wonderful children—Eden, Elianna, and Dickenson.
Pastor Marvin Rolle
ASSISTANT PASTOR
Pastor Marvin Rolle, a former educator and administrator in the Bahamas Ministry of Education, holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian Education and Youth Studies from Toccoa Falls College.
Since joining Freeport Bible Church in 1987, he has served in Student Ministry, Christian Education Ministry, and the Music Ministry. He was appointed to the office of Elder under the former Senior Pastor, the late Wilbur S. Outten.
In November 2019. Pastor Rolle was ordained as a pastor in the Bahamas Evangelical Church Association and now serves as the Executive Pastor here at Freeport Bible Church.
Reverend Edward & Mary Godet
Our Founder
Freeport Bible Church, a member of the Bahamas Evangelical Church Association, was founded in April 1976 by Rev Ed ward Godet. The first church service was held at a home with an eight-person congregation. Over the following ten years, they met in three additional locations before the first edifice was built on West Atlantic Drive. He served as Pastor of FBC from 1976 to 1983.
Reverend Ed Godet went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Mary, and their children.
Our Journey
In 1987, Pastor Wilbur S. Outten was installed as the Senior Pastor of Freeport Bible Church. He served with distinction and honor until his passing on Sunday, January 15th, 2017. Pastor Outten’s passion for the church and vision for FBC ushered in exponential growth and positioned us to live out our vision: To Love God, Love People & Serve The World.

Freeport Bible Church was established in April 1976, under the Bahamas Evangelical Church Association, an association incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in September 1973.
